Peace Peace Peace!! I hope your saturday is filled with love, peace, happiness and wholeness!!! Today is self care weekend wither you pick today or sunday just make sure you get that self care in!! So you can be prepared for the week ahead! So let steep into it! Today I will be talking about emotional self care!
What do you mean Dijah?
This is what I mean! I mean emotionally supporting my happiness for example today I woke up and I felt agitated for no apparent reason I said to myself I don't know why i'm feeling this way right now but I want to be happy not annoyed or irritated so I played beyonce you can't take my soul that beat gets me moving then next I played WizKid ft Buju MOOD really got me into a good mood! then I proceeded to do my Yoga because I knew it I was feeling happy dancing like a million bucks! So part of self care is emotional care being emotionally stable recognize when you are off in your energy!
Here are a few tea care tips to help you stay happy!
Tea care Tip 1: have a cup of dijah house of tea I Rise loose leaf!
Tea care Tip 2: Burn any incense that boosts your happiness
Tea care Tip 3: Listen to music that gets your hips moving and makes you feel good!
Tea care Tip 4: Process your emotions feel them then let them go
Tea care Tip 5: Be Present in your happiness!
Tea care Tip 6: DO EVERYTHING THAT MAKES YOU HAPPY!!!
