Peace my beautiful tea drinkers it's' your girl at dijah house of tea! Today is Sunday the beginning of the a new week! some like to look at as the end of the week However for me it marks the beginning of the week fresh new start to your week ahead! I'm going keep it sweet simple short today so that you can get back to loving on you the way you deserve! I know most talks about keeping a healthy mental space with this self care blog I want to focus on the Heart space! How that heart do? are you showing love? are being love for yourself? what your love language looks like! is your heart open to receive the love you deserve are you giving yourself the love that you require.

The Heart Chakra also known as the Anahata the 3rd chakra the heart chakra is for deeper bond to oneself and to others. Most importantly to me that the heart chakra is motivated by unconditional LOVE for self and for others! Self care is attending to every part of you inside and out! it's loving you unconditionally Shoot Radically loving yourself opening your heart to love to receive the love that is for you and to know to speak your love language. Here's a self care tea tip for your sit in a comfortable position close your eyes sip a cup of Centermint tea chant the word YAM It brings about peace, contentment, joy, love and compassion for yourself and those around you. or listen to Anahata mantra on youtube its plenty there.

Tea Note: In Sanskrit, anahata means "unhurt, unstruck, and unbeaten". Anahata Nad refers to the Vedic concept of unstruck sound. Anahata is associated with balance, calmness, and serenity.

Self care is showing yourself love on a daily basis open up your heart be love you want to be to yourself first! Happy Self care sunday wishing you many many blessing and love flow into your hearts! Ase O!
